The first full weekend in November, our club hosts an annual all depression and era glass show and sale. Approximately two dozen dealers from 10 states fill their booths with sparking crystal and glowing colors with are enhanced with the natural daylight that floods the showroom.
This event is called a depression glass show and sale because while the primary purpose is to provide an amazing selection of glassware to purchase, we also create a large club display that showcases the glassware that some of our members collect. We’re collectors, so we go a little crazy when it comes to displaying our glass. We’ve staged full kitchens, restaurants, and picnics in the park complete with Model T. Each year a different theme is selected for the basis of the display.
